1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Boost (800st) mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App, including users on the free tier and Boost Plus subscribers.

2. Description of Service
Boost (800st) is an iOS application designed to help students prepare for the Israeli Psychometric Entrance Exam (Bagrut/University Admission). The App provides:

Practice sessions drawn from a psychometric question bank
Full-length mock exam simulations
Hebrew and English vocabulary flashcards with spaced repetition
Performance analytics and progress tracking
Daily goals, streaks, and XP gamification
3. Free Tier and Boost Plus Subscription
3.1 Free Tier
Free users may answer up to 10 questions per day. The limit resets daily.

3.2 Boost Plus
Boost Plus is a premium subscription offering:

Unlimited daily practice questions
Full-length test simulations
Advanced performance analytics
Smart vocabulary flashcards
Weakness-focused practice sessions
Price: ₪30 / month (subject to change; current price displayed at checkout)

3.3 Billing
Boost Plus subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

3.4 Refunds
All purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy. We do not process refunds directly. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. User Accounts
The App currently operates without mandatory user accounts. If and when account registration (via Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In) is introduced, additional terms will apply. Any account data may be deleted at your request from within the App's Settings.

5. User Conduct
You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its backend systems
Scrape, extract, or redistribute question content, vocabulary data, or any other App content
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
6. Intellectual Property
All content within the App — including but not limited to questions, explanations, vocabulary data, UI design, illustrations, animations, and the Bolt mascot character — is the exclusive property of the developer or licensed to the developer. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any App content without prior written permission.

7. Educational Content Disclaimer
The App is intended as a study aid. We do not guarantee that use of the App will result in a specific score on the Psychometric Entrance Exam or admission to any academic institution. Results vary by user effort, prior knowledge, and exam conditions.

8. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The App stores practice data, streaks, XP, and vocabulary progress locally on your device. If cloud sync is enabled, data may be stored in Firebase (Google) servers.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOST PROFITS, OR ACADEMIC OUTCOME.

TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR BOOST PLUS IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ₪50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will indicate the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel.
