Fasty היא אפליקציית מעקב צום לסירוגין. אנחנו מכבדים את הפרטיות שלכם, ובנינו את Fasty כך שהנתונים שלכם נשארים אצלכם. מסמך זה מסביר אילו נתונים נאספים, כיצד הם מאוחסנים, ומה הזכויות שלכם.

תקציר (בשורה אחת)

Fasty פועלת ללא חשבון וללא שרתים משלנו. כל הנתונים שאתם מזינים נשמרים **מקומית במכשיר שלכם בלבד**. אנחנו לא אוספים, לא רואים ולא מוכרים מידע אישי.

אילו נתונים נשמרים ואיפה

כל הפריטים הבאים נשמרים אך ורק על המכשיר שלכם (דרך אחסון מקומי, AsyncStorage), ואינם נשלחים אלינו או לצד שלישי:

• זמני הצום הפעיל וההיסטוריה (התחלה, סיום, משך, סוג התוכנית).
• התוכנית שבחרתם (למשל 16:8).
• תשובות שאלון ההתאמה: מטרה, ניסיון, משקל נוכחי ומשקל יעד.
• מצב המנוי (Plus) המקומי.

נתוני משקל וצום הם מידע בעל אופי בריאותי. הם נשמרים אצלכם בלבד, אינם מסונכרנים לאפליקציית הבריאות של Apple (איננו משתמשים ב־HealthKit), ואינם מועברים לרשת.

מה איננו עושים

• לא נדרש חשבון, הרשמה או התחברות.
• אין לנו שרתים המאחסנים את הנתונים שלכם.
• איננו משתמשים בכלי אנליטיקה, בפרסום או ב"מעקב" (tracking) בין אפליקציות.
• איננו מוכרים או משתפים מידע אישי.

מנויים ותשלומים

רכישות ומנויים (Fasty Plus) מעובדים על ידי Apple דרך App Store. איננו מקבלים ואיננו מאחסנים את פרטי אמצעי התשלום שלכם; אלה מטופלים על ידי Apple בהתאם למדיניות הפרטיות שלה.

מצב המנוי נבדק מול Apple ישירות במכשיר (StoreKit). איננו משתמשים בשירות צד־שלישי לניהול מנויים.

ווידג'טים

הווידג'טים של Fasty במסך הבית ובמסך הנעילה קוראים את מצב הצום (זמן התחלה, תוכנית, שלב) מאחסון משותף בין האפליקציה לווידג'ט (App Group) על אותו מכשיר. המידע אינו יוצא מהמכשיר.

התראות

Fasty מתזמנת התראות מקומיות במכשיר (למשל בכניסה לשלב צום). ההתראות נוצרות ונשלחות במכשיר עצמו; אין שרת דחיפה (push) ואין העברת מידע אלינו.

מחיקת נתונים

מכיוון שהנתונים נשמרים מקומית, מחיקת האפליקציה מהמכשיר מוחקת את כל הנתונים. איפוס מתוך האפליקציה (אם קיים) מוחק אף הוא את הנתונים המקומיים.

קטינים

Fasty אינה מיועדת לילדים ואינה פונה למשתמשים מתחת לגיל 17. איננו אוספים ביודעין מידע מקטינים. תכני צום ומעקב משקל אינם מתאימים לילדים.

הזכויות שלכם

מאחר שהמידע נשמר במכשירכם ואיננו מחזיקים בעותק, אתם שולטים בו במלואו: ניתן לצפות, לערוך או למחוק אותו ישירות באפליקציה או על ידי הסרתה. בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות הישראלי, ל־GDPR ול־CCPA — לכל שאלה או בקשה ניתן לפנות אלינו בכתובת שלמעלה.

שינויים במדיניות

נעדכן מסמך זה מעת לעת. תאריך "עודכן לאחרונה" ישקף את המהדורה הנוכחית. שינוי מהותי יוצג באפליקציה או בעמוד זה.

הדין החל

מדיניות זו כפופה לדיני מדינת ישראל.

Fasty is an intermittent-fasting tracker. We built Fasty so your data stays with you. This document explains what data exists, where it is stored, and your rights.

One-line summary

Fasty runs with no account and no servers of ours. Everything you enter is stored locally on your device only. We do not collect, see, or sell personal data.

What data is stored, and where

All of the following is stored solely on your device (via local AsyncStorage) and is never sent to us or any third party:

• Active fast and history (start, end, duration, protocol).
• Your chosen protocol (e.g., 16:8).
• Onboarding answers: goal, experience, current weight, target weight.
• Local subscription (Plus) status.

Weight and fasting data are health-related. They remain on your device only, are not synced to Apple Health (we do not use HealthKit), and never leave the device.

What we do NOT do

• No account, sign-up, or login required.
• No servers of ours store your data.
• No analytics, advertising, or cross-app tracking.
• We do not sell or share personal data.

Subscriptions and payments

Purchases and subscriptions (Fasty Plus) are processed by Apple via the App Store. We never receive or store your payment details.

Subscription status is checked with Apple directly on the device (StoreKit). We do not use a third-party subscription service.

Widgets

Fasty's Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets read the fast state (start time, plan, stage) from storage shared between the app and the widget (an App Group) on the same device. The data does not leave the device.

Notifications

Fasty schedules local notifications on the device (e.g., when a fasting stage begins). They are generated and delivered on-device; there is no push server and no data sent to us.

Deleting your data

Because data is stored locally, deleting the app removes all data. An in-app reset (if present) also clears local data.

Children

Fasty is not directed to children and is not intended for users under 17. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Your rights

Because your data lives on your device and we hold no copy, you fully control it: view, edit, or delete it in the app or by uninstalling. Under Israeli privacy law, GDPR, and CCPA, contact us at the address above with any request.

Changes

We may update this document. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
