השימוש ב־Fasty כפוף לתנאים שלהלן. התקנת האפליקציה או השימוש בה מהווים הסכמה לתנאים אלה. אם אינכם מסכימים — אנא הימנעו משימוש באפליקציה.

1. הבהרה בריאותית (חשוב)

Fasty היא כלי מעקב ומידע כללי בלבד. **אין באפליקציה משום ייעוץ רפואי, אבחון או טיפול.** צום לסירוגין אינו מתאים לכולם. היוועצו ברופא/ה לפני שינוי הרגלי אכילה, במיוחד אם אתם בהיריון או מניקות, מתחת לגיל 18, סובלים מסוכרת, מהפרעות אכילה, ממצב רפואי כרוני, או נוטלים תרופות. אם אתם חשים ברע — הפסיקו והיוועצו בגורם רפואי. השימוש באפליקציה הוא באחריותכם בלבד.

2. רישיון שימוש

אנו מעניקים לכם רישיון אישי, מוגבל, לא בלעדי ולא ניתן להעברה, להשתמש ב־Fasty למטרות פרטיות ולא מסחריות. אין להעתיק, לפרק, להנדס לאחור, להשכיר או להפיץ את האפליקציה או חלקים ממנה.

3. מנוי Fasty Plus

Fasty מציעה מנוי בתשלום ("Fasty Plus") הפותח תכונות נוספות. תנאי המנוי:

• תוכניות ומחירים: שנתי, חודשי, או רכישה חד־פעמית לכל החיים. המחיר המדויק והתקופה מוצגים במסך הרכישה בתוך האפליקציה לפני האישור.
• תקופת ניסיון: אם מוצעת (למשל 7 ימים חינם), החיוב הראשון יתבצע בתום תקופת הניסיון אלא אם בוטל המנוי לפחות 24 שעות לפני סיומה.
• חידוש אוטומטי: מנוי מתחדש אוטומטית בתום כל תקופה, אלא אם בוטל לפחות 24 שעות לפני מועד החידוש. החשבון יחויב עבור החידוש בתוך 24 השעות שלפני תום התקופה.
• ניהול וביטול: ניתן לנהל ולבטל את המנוי דרך הגדרות ה־Apple ID / App Store. ביטול ייכנס לתוקף בתום התקופה הנוכחית; לא יינתן החזר על תקופה שכבר החלה, בכפוף לדין החל ולמדיניות Apple.
• תשלום: החיוב מתבצע דרך חשבון ה־Apple ID שלכם.
• רכישה חד־פעמית "לכל החיים" מעניקה גישה לתכונות Plus כל עוד האפליקציה נתמכת; אינה מנוי מתחדש.

4. קניין רוחני

כל הזכויות באפליקציה, בעיצוב, בשם "Fasty", בתכנים ובקוד שמורות לנו או למעניקי הרישיון שלנו. רכיבי צד־שלישי בקוד־פתוח כפופים לרישיונות שלהם (ראו קובץ ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS).

5. היעדר אחריות והגבלת חבות

האפליקציה מסופקת "כמות שהיא" (AS IS) וללא כל אחריות מכל סוג. איננו אחראים לכל נזק ישיר או עקיף הנובע מהשימוש או מאי־היכולת להשתמש באפליקציה, לרבות החלטות בריאותיות או תזונתיות. במידה המרבית המותרת בדין, חבותנו הכוללת לא תעלה על הסכום ששילמתם עבור המנוי ב־12 החודשים שקדמו לאירוע.

6. שינויים ושירות

אנו רשאים לעדכן את האפליקציה או את התנאים מעת לעת, ולהפסיק תכונות. המשך השימוש לאחר עדכון מהווה הסכמה לתנאים המעודכנים.

7. הדין החל וסמכות שיפוט

תנאים אלה כפופים לדיני מדינת ישראל, וסמכות השיפוט הבלעדית נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים במחוז תל אביב.

8. EULA של Apple

בנוסף לתנאים אלה, חל הסכם הרישיון הסטנדרטי למשתמש קצה (EULA) של Apple: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ . במקרה של סתירה בנוגע לרכישות דרך App Store — יגברו הוראות Apple הרלוונטיות.

By installing or using Fasty you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the app.

1. Health disclaimer (important)

Fasty is a general tracking and information tool only. **It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.** Intermittent fasting is not suitable for everyone. Consult a physician before changing eating habits — especially if pregnant or nursing, under 18, diabetic, with an eating disorder, a chronic condition, or on medication. If you feel unwell, stop and seek medical help. Use is at your own risk.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Fasty for private, non-commercial purposes. Do not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, rent, or distribute the app or parts of it.

3. Fasty Plus subscription

• Plans/pricing: annual, monthly, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Exact price and term are shown on the in-app purchase screen before you confirm.
• Free trial: if offered (e.g., 7 days), the first charge occurs at trial end unless canceled at least 24 hours before it ends.
• Auto-renewal: subscriptions auto-renew each period unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal; your account is charged within 24 hours prior to period end.
• Manage/cancel: via your Apple ID / App Store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; no refund for a period already begun, subject to applicable law and Apple's policies.
• Payment: charged to your Apple ID.
• Lifetime purchase grants Plus features for as long as the app is supported; it is not a recurring subscription.

4. Intellectual property

All rights in the app, design, the "Fasty" name, content, and code are ours or our licensors'. Open-source components are subject to their licenses (see ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS).

5. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The app is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages from use or inability to use the app, including health or dietary decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months before the event.

6. Changes

We may update the app or these Terms and discontinue features. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

7. Governing law

Governed by the laws of the State of Israel; exclusive jurisdiction in the competent courts of the Tel Aviv district.

8. Apple EULA
